About Us

Hello and thank you for visiting my store. My name is Chris Wagner (Waggy's), and I'm a wife and mother of two boys. A few years back I was at a point in my life where I wanted to do something I loved without thinking about the money. I immediately knew that it had to be something involving dogs. I've had a special relationship with dogs all my life, and I feel the love and comfort they bring to a person's life is a precious gift.

So, I went to work as a pet sitter. After a year of working for someone else, I started my own pet sitting service in 2006 called Waggy's Pet Sitting in Northern California, specializing in cage free dog boarding in a private home. Once I saw how much my clients loved knowing their pets were being cared for in a loving home, I knew I found my niche. Today I have several awesome pet sitters working for me in Folsom and El Dorado Hills, CA.

After a while, I decided to launch my pet products online store. I chose to offer primarily eco friendly products not only for the environment, but because of my father. He was born in Italy and had that Old World mindset that nothing goes to waste. He was a recycling pioneer way before his time and it definitely rubbed off on me. I'm sure my father's recycling stems from growing up in a small village with little money to buy new clothes and products. He would rather spend hours fixing something than buying something new. I really admire that way of thinking and wish it was more prevalent today. So, in a way, I'm dedicating this store to the memory of my father.

Even though I carry brands from larger companies like West Paw Design, I seem to be attracted to the "mom and pop" manufacturers. I like the idea of small businesses helping other small businesses and will only carry products that are made in the United States. /p>

Shipping Information:
Your order will be shipped within 2 days of order, usually by ground service (UPS Ground).

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds and returns require prior authorization sales@waggysecopetproducts.com. Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a 10% restocking fee. All of our products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, typically one year or more.
